Week 14 Final Case Analysis For this assignment, you will apply what you learned during the course to develop and present a case and treatment plan for a fictional or real client in clinical practice. Your case analysis will be completed in three sections totaling five to seven pages (excluding title page and references) I will upload the template for parts A and C of this case study

1. The case analysis should be done on a real patient (excluding identifying information). 2. Please use the attached template for part A. 3. the written parts of A and C can be combined, 5-7 pages. 4. Part B, the patient interaction/interview can be a written transcript. This also tends to be 5-7 pages written
