The Legal Context – Case Study Writing Assignment
Introduction
This Module on Legal Context discusses the importance of diversity within an organization.
The Assignment
Go to the end of Chapter Three: The Legal Context in the course textbook on page 121. Read the Case Study on
Diversity at Pfizer, then respond to the three (3) questions at the end of the case. Your response to your assignment
should be at least one full page. You must also have a reference page citing your sources.
Grading Criteria
To receive the highest grade possible, I need to see clear and complete evidence that: 1) Your responses are
professional and polished, meaning a solid demonstration of critical thinking skills, 2) Your responses use proper
grammar, mechanics, spelling, and formatting, 3) You successfully synthesize or effectively interpret/analyze the
research obtained from your selected sources. A grading rubric is located within the Module.
Your submission must be:
• One full page (not including your title and reference page)
• Double-spaced
• 12-point font
• Times New Roman

Sources may include electronic articles, journals, blogs, etc. DO NOT use your text as a reference; Wikipedia is not
an acceptable reference.
