Policy Brief, advocacy and reflection
Criteria needs to be met for the essay:
- Presentation of a clear and coherent argument throughout the paper linking the issue, the policy and inequity analysis to the advocacy proposal and example, within the context of the chosen organisation (10 marks)
- Identification of the key elements of the policy triangle framework and critical application of these to your chosen policy. (15 marks)
- Development of an implementable and persuasive policy advocacy proposal and example.
(25 marks) - Demonstrated use of the Gibbs Reflective Cycle to reflect upon development of the policy brief and the implications for professional and organisational development. (5 marks)
- Overall presentation, structure, clarity, referencing, declaration included if AI assistance used etc. (5 marks)
