Recognize these peers are technical masters, and many have terminal degrees or have won prestigious awards within their field and are not only sharp but are also always thinking three steps ahead when provided with information.
Since the COVID-19 global pandemic, your company has split the engineering team and the science team into small trailers right outside the building. Based on the link below, use the research data to convince your working group that you can keep these cross-functional teams from a breakout of illness when exposed to a new COVID-30 virus that is spread through aerosolized droplets when people speak, cough and sneeze.
