  1. A clearly set out strategic aim of proposition (10 marks)
  2. Relevance of proposition to the current situation of the organisation – that is, the justification for your proposition (40 marks).
  3. Robust practical implementation plan – does not require financial information g. cashflow (40 marks)
  4. Overall presentation quality (10 marks)

PRESENTATION STRUCTURE

Your proposed innovative and entrepreneurial strategy presentation must include the following:

  • Aim of proposed innovative and entrepreneurial strategy
  • Relevance/justification to the current situation of the organisation
  • Summary of any relevant analyses carried out to test the viability of this proposition
  • Implementation Plan
  • Any other relevant information
