Learning Outcomes for the module
LO1 Independently author an extended piece of focused writing, longer than a module assessment, using a contemporary research design and methods drawn from modern finance and financial economics.

We expect the research proposal assignment would achieve the following:
1. We would expect the research proposal to demonstrate comprehension of the
assignment and achieving the learning objectives of the individual research project.
(LO1, LO2, LO3, LO5)
2. The research proposal should propose appropriately grounded and robust statistical
methods and sufficient data collection to complete the learning objectives of the
assignment.
(LO4, LO6).
We would expect the research proposal to demonstrate comprehension of the assignment and achieving the learning objectives
