Case Study Options (available via Leganto):

1. Initial Analysis [~400 words]

Use these four guiding questions to structure your thinking:

  • What? (What happened? What was important?)

  • How? (How does it compare to other cases? How else could it have been handled?)
  • What else? (What are the broader implications? What lessons can be drawn?)

2. Interrelationship Analysis [~900 words]

Critically evaluate the case study by analysing any three of the five themes (communication, leadership, resistance, power, culture). Present strengths and weaknesses of the theories and concepts used to explain the case.

  • Uncertainty for individuals and organizations
  • Fears related to change
